Medicare Coverage of Infusion
Therapy
On June 7,
the Government Accountability
Office (GAO) released a new
study regarding home infusion.
Still
on the legislative pipeline is
S.254 and H.R. 574, the Medicare
Home Infusion Therapy Coverage
Act of 2009. Our Michigan
legislators are these supporting
bills that remove the gaps in
Medicare coverage for home infusion
therapy.
